Sezz Hotel has 13 rooms, 13 suites and junior suites equipped with Free wireless broadband internet connection, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and free movies, wireless telephone with direct line and voice mail, safety box, minibar, i-pod docking bay, hair dryer and air conditioning.

In order to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Hotel Sezz, they also offer a 70m2 suite (Suite 75) which offers 2 separate spaces; a living room which includes a sofa bed, separate bathroom with a double bathtub, and more; the bedroom is an open space with the King size bed in the middle of the room, a see through bathroom, separate shower space, desk, I-pod dock, minibar, DVD/CD placer, LCD screen.
